Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and tooling, minimizing downtime, and optimizing maintenance processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic or mechatronic systems, with experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of PLC programming.Key Responsibilities : Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve equipment failure issues, documenting root causes and summarizing findings.Spare Parts Management : Manage spare parts inventory, formulate standards for purchasing, and control costs within reason.Maintenance Files and Records : Standardize and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, and PLC program files.Continuous Improvement : Implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and productivity.Personnel Management : Supervise and manage maintenance personnel, assigning tasks as needed.Training and Development : Participate in training and assessing skills of maintenance personnel to improve their efficiency.Commissioning and Inspection : Organize and participate in commissioning and installation inspections of facilities and equipment, supervising foreign construction workers.Safety and Risk Management : Identify and assess potential hazards, developing management plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.
