Manufacturing Reliability Specialist

Maintenance Operations LeadWe are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Operations Leader to spearhead our plant's equipment, facilities, and infrastructure reliability, availability, and efficiency.

As a key leadership position, you will take full ownership of maintenance operations across molding, automation, and radio frequency processes.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure technical strength, accountability, and reliability focus.

Implement TPM methodology across production processes.

Oversee daily and long-term equipment maintenance to ensure availability and rapid response to downtime.

Collaborate with Engineering for new equipment introductions, tooling, and process improvements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field.

8+ years of experience in automotive, Tier 1 manufacturing environments, or similar sectors.

Strong background in TPM methodology and preventive / predictive maintenance.

Technical expertise in plastic injection molding, automation, and RF processes.

Leadership skills with ability to build team accountability.

IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and EHS standards knowledge.
