What We’re Looking For :

• Detail-Oriented and Proactive : You can handle customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure accurate, thoughtful assistance.
• Customer-Centric : You are passionate about guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a positive experience.
• Technical Documentation : Able to use internal product documentation to support customers with technical questions.
• English Proficiency : Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to support U.S.-based clients effectively.
