We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive performance across digital advertising channels. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid media strategy and execution, who enjoys optimizing campaigns, testing new approaches, and turning insights into actionable results. Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) and make data-driven adjustments. Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce engaging ad materials. Manage budgets with a focus on efficiency and campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and trends in digital advertising. Requirements : 2 years of experience in paid media, media planning, or a similar role. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under tight timelines. Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization. Excellent communication and writing skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in media planning and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets. Experience in marketing agencies or managing multiple client accounts is a plus.
