We are looking for a seasoned React developer who is passionate about clean UI, reusability, and component-driven design systems.The Lead Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining performant, scalable, and visually consistent interfaces using React.

You will work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to bring user-focused solutions to life.

A strong emphasis will be placed on reusable component libraries, documented in Storybook, and integration with a PHP-based backend system.What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)Lead a team of frontend developers, promoting best practices and providing mentorship to other team membersBuild responsive, accessible, and intuitive UI components using React, strictly aligned with the established design system and UI / UX specificationsCollaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with PHP-based APIsDevelop and maintain a reusable component library using Storybook to ensure consistency with the design systemParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, and regular team collaborationTroubleshoot and resolve frontend performance issues, bugs, and edge casesContribute to the improvement of our frontend development practices and toolingEnsure frontend code meets high standards for maintainability, security, and scalabilityQualificationsWhat We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using ReactStrong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 / SASSDemonstrated experience using Storybook to build, document, and maintain UI component librariesFamiliarity with PHP-based backend systems is preferredSolid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integrationExperience with Git and modern CI / CD practicesStrong debugging skills and attention to detailA collaborative mindset with excellent communication skillsProven ability to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environmentExperience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management librariesFamiliarity with automated testing tools like Jest or React Testing LibraryPrevious experience contributing to design systems or shared UI librariesExposure to Vite, Webpack, or other modern frontend build toolsUnderstanding of accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelinesEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)LocationGuadalajara Mexico.
