Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to conduct outbound cold calling campaigns, identify customer needs, and sell pest control services to both residential and commercial customers. This role requires strong sales skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport over the phone while meeting daily and weekly quotas.

Job Highlights

Monthly Rate : The equivalent of $ 6.3 USD per hour in the applicants local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week :

Schedule : 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM EST (subject to change)

Work Arrangement : Work from home

Contract : Independent Contractor

Side Note : Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound B2C and B2B salesStrong phone communication and rapport-building skillsAbility to pitch products / services and overcome objectionsMotivated self-starter with a tenacious work ethicProficiency with CRM / sales tools
