Responsibilities

The Opportunity in Monterrey

• Deliver the daily route plan for last‑mile delivery routes by following SOPs in compliance with SLAs / OLAs.
• Use of Routing Platform tool to build optimal route plans based on local requirements and subject to operation constraints.
• Collaborate with multiple countries and interact with local sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
• Work under a schedule in accordance with front‑line operations : 5 days a week throughout Monday - Sunday, with some shifts adjusted for late afternoon‑evenings.
• Promote the continuous improvement of processes and give / ask for recurrent feedback from all stakeholders.
