Job Details : We are hiring for Clinical Analyst roles in areas such as Virtual Operational Review (VOR) and Clinical Denial Analysis (CDA) . This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates in Medicine or Life Sciences as well as experienced physicians , especially those with exposure to RCM or healthcare BPO operations .

You will play a critical role in reviewing clinical documentation and identifying inconsistencies or areas of improvement that impact claims or patient care records.

Clinical Service – VOR (Virtual Operational Review) :

Review clinical documents and submissions made by healthcare professionals

Ensure completeness, clarity, and compliance with medical documentation standards

Clinical Denial Analyst (CDA) :

Analyze medical charts and documentation to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies

Flag documentation issues that may lead to insurance claim denials

Collaborate with physicians or other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Skills Required

Strong English communication skills – verbal and written

Basic understanding of clinical terms, medical charts, and documentation standards

Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Willingness to work in a process-driven, fast-paced environment

Expectations

Freshers with Bachelor’s in Science or Medicine

Experienced physicians

Professionals with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Candidates with prior Healthcare BPO experience (e.g., Teleperformance, Omega, Cognizant, etc.)
