Job description : Job Title : Clinical Operations Manager Location : Guadalajara, Mexico Role Summary We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee large-scale service delivery across multiple sites in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role will lead 3–5 direct reports and manage a span of 150–250 team members, with full P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead client engagements, and enable long-term strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Operations & Delivery Manage P&L for clinical services across multiple sites. Drive process improvement initiatives and implement efficiency programs. Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and workforce planning. Monitor operational dashboards, manage escalations, and ensure SLA adherence. Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Leadership & People Management Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple sites.
