The ideal candidate will be a Public Accountant with solid knowledge in payroll processes, tax compliance, and labor law, combined with strong analytical skills.Main Responsibilities : Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.Calculate and report payroll taxes, social security, and other contributions.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor and tax laws.Maintain accurate records and employee files.Prepare reports and support audits when required.Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure correct and timely payroll execution.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting3+ years of experience in payroll management.Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll-related tax obligations.Experience with electronic accounting systems and payroll software.Advanced Excel skills.Intermediate–Advanced English.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.Tipo de puesto : Tiempo completoSueldo : $30, $40,000.00 al mesIdioma : Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo : Empleo presencial
