We are looking for a Learning & Culture Specialist to help us design, deliver, and scale initiatives that strengthen our culture and develop our people.

In this role, you'll be...

• Facilitate and Host : Deliver and facilitate trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions; open events and represent the L&C team in front of diverse audiences;
• Lead Program Logistics : Coordinate all logistics for onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and culture initiatives — ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for employees;
• Manage Stakeholders & Vendors : Partner with internal teams and external vendors, monitor services, process payments, and manage program budgets;
• Design Learning Materials : Apply instructional design principles to create, adapt, and update training and onboarding content that is clear, effective, and engaging;
• Track and Report : Build dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning, onboarding, and culture programs;
• Foster Engagement : Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen DiDi’s culture and boost team spirit.
