Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex Salesforce implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution : define scope, create detailed project plans, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Stakeholder management : primary point of contact for all project‐related communications with executives, business users, and IT teams; facilitate status meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Risk and issue management : identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, maintain risk logs, and address issues proactively.
- Budget and financial oversight : manage the project budget, track expenses, and report budget variances to senior management.
- Quality assurance and compliance : ensure deliverables meet industry standards and compliance requirements; coordinate with QA for test strategies and UAT.
- Resource and team management : assemble and lead project teams, mentor members, and monitor performance to drive productivity and morale.
- Project documentation and reporting : maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, minutes, risk logs, and closure reports; provide real‑time updates via project tools.
- Change management and user adoption : develop and implement change management strategies, collaborate with training teams, and support smooth transition to new systems.
- Communication and reporting : generate weekly status reports, communicate risks and issues, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project.
Qualifications
10+ years of PMO experience leading large technology implementations.Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering regular project updates.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).Experience managing complex, multi‑phase projects, budgets, and vendor contracts.Salesforce platform knowledge is highly desirable; Salesforce Certified Administrator or Project Manager certification is preferred.Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a user‑centric approach.Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.Ability to travel as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
