Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share in Mexico City.
Your primary objective will be to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the region, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans, monitor project progress, and maintain clear communication with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the region, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Relationship Building : Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key system integrators, creating tailored plans for each.
- Action Plan Execution : Execute action plans to efficiently implement the company's sales strategy in the assigned region.
- Compliance : Ensure all commercial activities comply with local and international regulations, as well as ethical policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
To succeed in this role, you will require :
A deep understanding of the video surveillance industry, including IP video surveillance, video analytics, network architecture, and integrated security solutions.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and threats in the region.Experience in sales strategy development and implementation, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.Benefits :
