Responsibilities :
# Be an effective leader within the team, motivating the team to succeed and building a team of highly capable team of Field Force within all aspects of their role.
# Responsible for the coordination of District Managers and Field figures operating in the main stores of the most important Key Accounts.
# Work in agreement with the Retail team and the Training Manager to deliver a consumer-oriented approach to the entire Team Field.
# Develop the guidelines for placing the POSM Point of Sale Marketing inside the stores in agreement with the Retail Team.
# Responsible for the implementation targets of the Xiaomi display structures within the stores for main retailers.
# Develop the strategy through which each member of Team Field must obtain the best result of perfect in-store execution.
# Responsible for the sell-out performance deriving from the activities inside the stores.
# Responsible for identifying areas with poor sales performance other than critical issues and problems, reporting any solutions and actions directly to the Retail Director.
# Attend regular quarterly Field Force two days meetings presenting key information and results about your team.
# Actively communicate the wider business strategy to the team.
Requirements :
# Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant majors.
# Proficient in Spanish and English.
# Has a strong background in consumer electronics (smartphone category will be considered a plus).
# Knows perfectly the display rules of the main retailers .
# Proven Leadership skills to manage a Field Team. Strong retail and sales skills in order to coach the team.
# Strong analytical ability. Organizational and planning ability. Solutions oriented and excellent team-worker.
# Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
# A confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills. Creative and innovative in approach to problem solving.
