Descripción del trabajoOversee accounting, treasury, tax, costing, administration, HR, payroll, and procurement teams. Design and execute financial strategy, budgeting, and expense control. Ensure compliance with national and international tax and regulatory frameworks. Coordinate internal and external audits. Manage cash flow, investments, credit lines, and banking relationships. Lead financial and administrative process improvements and ERP implementation. Establish and document policies, procedures, and internal controls. Present financial information to the board of directors and shareholders. Support commercial and operational teams on client / project profitability. Actively participate in daily and strategic decision-making with the CEO and leadership team. Minimum 8 years in finance and administration. At least 4 years in senior leadership roles Experience in both structured corporations and companies in growth / formalization stages. ERP implementation or restructuring experience. Background in productive industries, agribusiness, or export-driven companies. Strong knowledge of international financial consolidation and reporting under US GAAP.
