It Analyst

A global technology company is seeking a Sr IT Analyst specializing in SAP Basis to provide maintenance and support for SAP systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and ongoing monitoring.

The role also involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, and collaborating with application teams and business resources to ensure a secure and efficient SAP S4 / HANA environment.Key Responsibilities : Assist with SAP system installations, configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SAP systems, including database administration and performance monitoring.Collaborate with application teams and act as an escalation point for SAP-related issues.Key Skills : Strong experience with SAP S4 / HANA, system installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization (5-12 years).

Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution (5-12 years).

Experience in documentation, collaboration, and knowledge transfer with internal and external teams (2-5 years).
