You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions

• Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, to resolve issues and maintain operations continuity.
• Evaluate error / gaps reported in the payroll landscape to provide workarounds and final fixes in the systems.
• Analyze current business processes and requirements, assess SAP possibilities, and discuss recommendations with business process owners.
• Work with the business users to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements.
• Performs configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality
