Essential functions

Design, develop, and maintain

automated test suites

for serverless backend services

Implement UI and API testing using

Playwright

RestAssured

JUnit

, and

Cucumber

Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product managers to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC

Integrate tests into

CI / CD pipelines

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for fast and reliable deployments

Help define and implement

best practices in test automation

and quality assurance

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience

in Quality Assurance or Test Automation Engineering

Proficiency in Java

, with a strong understanding of OOP and test automation patterns

Hands-on experience with Playwright

for UI or end-to-end testing

Experience testing

RESTful APIs

using

RestAssured

or similar frameworks

Experience writing and managing

JUnit

or

Cucumber

• based tests

Familiarity with

AWS cloud services

, especially

Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3
