As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for finding and securing new customers, growing a strong book of business, and closing high-impact freight deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Your Day Might Include :

Owning and expanding your territory with a hunter mentality

Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting

Building and executing strategic plans to grow market share

Winning and growing key accounts, from first contact to long-term partnership

Delivering solutions that move freight and move the needle

Tracking your pipeline in our CRM and reporting on key wins and metricsWhat You Bring to the Table

3PL & Freight Brokerage sales experience

Bilingual : English & Spanish(Mandarin is a plus)

Willingness to travel up to 75%

Strong presentation and closing skills : you command a room and own the outcome
