As a business consultant, you'll work closely with franchise owners and candidates to help them achieve operational excellence.Your Mission : Provide expert guidance to franchise owners on all aspects of their business, including food and labor cost control, expense management, financial analysis, safety and sanitation, product quality control, training, customer relations, marketing, development, and supply chain.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with corporate departments to ensure seamless integration of business functions.Support franchise owners in site development, training, operations, marketing, financial services, and overall understanding of the company.Oversee and report on market conditions, making recommendations to improve upon any changes.Analyze and interpret financial data to identify areas of improvement or development.Provide effective training and communications to franchisees and their staff.Guide and enable franchisees to consistently meet or exceed all company quality standards.Assist franchisees in implementing and reviewing company-related training programs.Maintain documentation for assigned franchisees.Coordinate re-opening, new store grand openings, remodeling, relocating, closing, or operating of a store.Travel to and within area of support to fully understand market dynamics, isolate new development opportunities, and assist current franchises with their specific needs.Lead by example, encouraging a high level of team spirit and setting a positive example for colleagues and recruits.Develop materials and make presentations at special meetings as requested.Aid the sourcing / purchasing, quality assurance, and distribution teams in monitoring product availability, quality, consistency, and distribution efficiencies.Perform other franchise support or recruiting activities as required.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Four years previous restaurant / retail management experience.Strong relationship, team building, and communication skills.Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (notably MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
Ability to travel by airplane and automobile to visit franchisees and inquirers.Requires mode of transportation to travel locally to office, stores, and / or other company locations.Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds and reach items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground.Ability to understand direction, instructions, and product specifications.Little Caesars operation experience.Multi-unit management experience.Point of Sale system experience.Knowledge of legal and other issues related to franchising.About You : Results-driven professional with a strong passion for driving business growth and success.Collaborative leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Where You'll Work : Travel away from home up to 50% of the time, usually travelling alone and may work extended workweeks due to distance of working location or other business needs.Works in-store as required assisting, training, demonstrating, or advising.Bilingual in English.
