Position

DESCRIPTION

We are actively looking for a Production Manager who will guarantee the supply of finished products, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency policies and procedures, all within an environment of continuous improvement that allows us to achieve the best cost. Foster a teamwork environment where associates can achieve personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Related
• Advanced English
• At least 7 years of experience in industrial processes
• At least 5 years of experience in : Self-directed, Leadership, Decision-making, People management, Working towards goals, Teamwork
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, 5s, Risk identification, Scrap reduction
