Key ResponsibilitiesSetting up and configuring SAP HCM modules like Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service.Analyzing HR business processes and mapping them to SAP HCM functionalities.Tailoring the SAP HCM system to meet specific business needs, including writing scripts and programs for user interfaces and functionalities.Conducting system testing, developing training materials, and providing end-user training to ensure smooth system operation.Resolving issues, providing ongoing support, and maintaining the SAP HCM system.Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes.Working with HR teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to optimize HR processes through SAP HCM solutions.Keeping abreast of the latest SAP HCM trends, technologies, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor of Arts / Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study6+ years of SAP experienceSAP Certified (preferred)Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.Understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP HCM.Experience with scripting, programming, and system integration.Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide training to end-users.Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure successful system implementations.Bilingual (Spanish / English)
