Channel Account Manager for Southern Cone
Location : Mexico
- Develop sales activities to ensure the transmission of key value messages from Utimaco, achieving sales goals within the assigned territory.
- Recruit and enable new channels (VARS, Resellers, System Integrators) to drive new business.
- Create joint business plans for effective go-to-market strategies with channel partners to generate pipeline.
- Responsible for pricing offers and working with customers on discounts, promotions, or special programs to close deals.
Manage channel and customer contacts and relations.
Participate in necessary training on products, tools, and resources, operating within Utimaco's processes and procedures.
Contribute to marketing programs to communicate key sales messages.
Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of products or services for channels and customer accounts, collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and professional services teams to highlight added value.
Monitor and analyze account performance, using data to adjust strategies and improve results.
Lead contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties, and coordinate with the legal team before finalizing contracts.Manage forecasts and generate a pipeline of 2.5-3 times the quota target.Participate as a speaker at conferences representing Utimaco.Reside in Chile, Argentina, or Brazil.Your profile
3-5 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, with the skills and knowledge to fulfill the role's responsibilities.Engineering or business degree, or a combination of both.Knowledge of Salesforce, cybersecurity, and key IT tools.Understanding of cryptography applied to critical business processes.Knowledge of critical business processes in the Southern Cone region.Proven business development experience in Chile and Argentina.Ability to identify and close opportunities.Strong organization and planning skills.Ability to coordinate and manage resources efficiently.Teamwork orientation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Fluent in Spanish; intermediate English; Portuguese is a plus.Experience in leading and monitoring RFPs.Problem-solving attitude.We offer
