Pay Rate
- Hourly Rate : $11-13
- Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week, 80 total) : 880 - 1040
- 💡 All roles are hourly-based ($11–$13 / hr, depending on experience) and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

Job Summary
The IT Project Manager oversees IT initiatives and internal system improvements, ensuring all projects are well-planned, executed on time, and aligned with company goals. This role leads the IT team, manages priorities, and coordinates cross-departmental collaboration to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a hands-on understanding of IT processes, CRM workflows, and automation tools, driving continuous improvement, clear communication, and accountability across the IT department.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT team, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.Establish team goals aligned with company objectives, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement.Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to team members to foster professional growth and high performance.Build a culture of proactivity, ownership, and collaboration within the IT team, ensuring strong communication and alignment across all functions.Track individual and team performance using metrics and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.Ensure the team remains adaptable and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Project Coordination & Delivery
Own IT projects from intake to delivery, ensuring they are clearly scoped, planned, and executed on time.Collaborate with the Director of IT, IT team members, and other departments to define requirements, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Assign and manage resources across multiple projects, ensuring priorities are clear and progress is transparent to stakeholders.Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication on status, risks, and escalations.Ensure quality standards are met in project delivery, including changes implemented through ticket requests, and continuously improve project workflows.Process & Workflow Management
Ensure IT processes are clearly documented, followed consistently, and continuously improved based on feedback and lessons learned.Develop and refine internal workflows for project delivery, focusing on structure, repeatability, and scalability.Manage and optimize the company’s CRM system, ensuring it supports business needs and integrates effectively with other tools.Design, implement, and maintain automations using Zapier and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure alignment with business priorities.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).3+ years of experience managing IT projects, support teams, or technical operations.Strong knowledge of IT support processes, ticketing systems, and service delivery best practices.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar).Familiarity with remote work environments and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to have
