✨ About the Role
We’re looking for an Amazon Product Specialist to own and grow a high-performing product portfolio that represents the majority of the company’s revenue. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives on optimization, data analysis, and growth execution. You’ll be the one driving sales, profitability, and expansion—transforming your category into a profit-generating powerhouse.
You’ll work closely with the Optimization Manager, PPC Specialist, and Sales Operations team to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and launch new products that lead the market.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable growth across a multi-million dollar portfolio through smart pricing, sales, and ad strategies.
- Optimize listings and ads for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Analyze data weekly to improve performance and profitability.
- Pitch and execute new product launches based on market insights and trends.
- Revive and scale legacy products to maintain relevance and revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage inventory to meet demand, minimize surcharges, and maintain efficiency.
- Build SOPs and systems that keep the category running at peak performance.
🧰 Requirements / Must Haves
5+ years of proven experience managing and scaling Amazon categories or accounts.Deep knowledge of Seller Central, PPC, keyword ranking, and competitive analysis.Strong analytical mindset—able to translate data into actionable strategies.Experience owning P&L or driving category profitability.Skilled in forecasting demand and managing inventory efficiently.A collaborative, proactive professional with a strong growth mindset.Fluent in English and comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote setting.🌟 Nice to Haves
