Data Analyst with Tableau & DBT

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and DBT to support our finance and accounting teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data engineering and business stakeholders, ensuring our dashboards and data models are accurate, reliable, and aligned with accounting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to deliver actionable insights for finance and accounting teams.
• Work extensively with DBT models, ensuring they are structured, validated, and optimized for downstream reporting.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using DBT.
• Perform data completeness checks and implement automated validation rules within dashboards.
• Partner with accounting teams to understand business processes and translate them into reliable data models and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure timely, accurate delivery of insights.
• Investigate and resolve data variances across multiple sources.
• Provide recommendations for improving data workflows and dashboard usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and agile teams to estimate development efforts and ensure complete delivery of solutions and fulfilling requirements.
