As a Marketing Coordinator at MIDEA, you'd be responsible for supporting various marketing activities to promote the company's products and brand. This role typically involves tasks such as assisting in the development of marketing campaigns, coordinating events and promotional activities, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and collaborating with other teams such as sales and product development. You'll likely be involved in both traditional and digital marketing efforts, working to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage with customers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination : Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Event Management : Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities. This involves logistics management, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Content Creation : Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, videos, and social media content. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.
- Social Media Management : Manage MIDEA's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends. Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.
- Data Analysis : Collect and analyze marketing data, including sales figures, website traffic, and customer feedback. Use insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management : Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses, preparing cost estimates, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.
- Brand Management : Help maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Present findings to management and make recommendations for future strategies.

Experience & Background
3+ years of experience in Marketing or related roles.Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.Degree and Language
