Supervisor – Inbound Operations & Activations
The Inbound Activations Phone Team provides live phone support to assist Merchants with their onboarding experience. As an extension of the Merchant Operations onboarding teams, Inbound Activations ensures all DoorDash Merchants are correctly onboarded and assist throughout the activation process. From onboarding merchants to resolving customer issues, we deliver precise, fast, and scalable support in a high-growth environment. About the Role
As an Inbound Activations Supervisor in CDMX, you\'ll be a people-first leader responsible for driving team performance, fostering career development, and improving key workflows. You’ll report to the Merchant Services Manager and lead a team of high-performing specialists who support the merchant journey from activation to resolution. You will work closely with our Tempe-based leadership, balancing team culture, morale and metric expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating and sustaining a best-in-class service culture—one that champions customer obsession, proactive problem-solving, and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll also play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration, change management, and the rollout of scalable operational improvements.
