About the role :
Russelectric, a Siemens Business, is expanding its Finance Organization.
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to be an integral part of a dynamic and energetic team.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with 1-3 years of experience in project controlling, financial reporting, and technical accounting.
Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with business stakeholders across various departments, factories, and segments.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities :
Lead the Go4Cash activities in partnership with the Global Share Services Collections team, Sales, and Project Management.
Act as a Commercial Partner to the Project Management Organization to optimize financial project results in profit and cash flow.
Contribute to ERP improvements for forecasting and monitoring cash collections.
Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports and KPIs to provide accurate financial information to Russelectric.
Identify opportunities for digitalization in finance to promote innovation in reporting and closing processes.
Drive DSO targets and improve cash flow.
Participate in the month-end process and support balance sheet management and analysis.
Assist in invoicing sales orders according to billing milestones.
Handle accounting entries during month-end using Cadency.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting, and operational improvements.
Problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to influence in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to learn and lead process improvements using tools like Tableau, Knime, SAP Analytics Cloud.
Knowledge of RIC and Siemens FRG's is preferred.
Proficiency with SAP FI / CO and Microsoft Office.
