Finance Process Analyst

We are looking for a financial analyst in a banking institution to work with an important bank to evaluateexisting financial procedures and document each step to identify areas forimprovement.

What you will work onProcess Analysisand Documentation : Evaluate existing financial procedures and document eachstep to identify areas for improvement.Process Designand Optimization : Create or refine financial processes to increase efficiency,reduce errors, and ensure regulatory compliance.InternalMonitoring and Control : Ensure that financial processes comply with internalpolicies and external regulations.Task Automation : Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve speed andaccuracy.Financial DataAnalysis : Interpret reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other datato support decision-making.Reporting : Prepare periodic reports on financial performance and the status of keyprocesses.Training andSupport : Provide advice and training to teams involved in financial processes.RiskIdentification and Management : Detect potential risks in financial processesand propose preventive measures.Continuousimprovement : Implement actions to maintain and improve the quality andefficiency of processes.Design processdiagrams and maps to visualize how activities flow within the organization,identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.What you will bring1-3 years of previous experience in financial analysis or similar positions in a bank or financial institutionExperience in accounting and financial processes in a bank or financial institutionIntermediate EnglishBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldWhat you can expectWhat can you expect?
