To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.Responsibilities : Conduct thorough testing of system changes in Test and Production environmentsProblem-solve complex scenarios and identify root causes, provide recommendations for corrective and preventative actionsSupport escalations, using agreed escalation processIdentify potential improvements and submit any required product enhancementsRun internal communication and maintain relationships with our stakeholdersWork with customer feedback to continuously improve servicesBe responsible for solving technical incidents and changes in SAP HR Time Management Area within agreed SLA's and quality standardsParticipate in future SAP HR Time Management Projects in all project phasesBe responsible for solving technical incidents and changes in SAP HR Area within agreed SLA's and quality standardsParticipate in future SAP HR Projects in all project phasesQualifications : 8+ years SAP technical experience.Proficient in custom interfaces.Proficient in custom reports.SAP HR Module custom reports development experience.Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
