We're looking for a Bilingual Data Analyst – Market Researcher to help us bridge numbers and narratives, turning data + market intelligence into real business impact.
What You'll Do
- Collect and analyze market, consumer, and competitive data from multiple sources.
- Apply Python + libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to process and model large datasets.
- Use AI / ML tools for market segmentation, customer profiling, and trend forecasting.
- Design dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative + qualitative market research to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams, sharing insights clearly in English and Spanish.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.2+ years of experience in data analytics, market research, or insights.Advanced English (spoken & written).Strong Python skills (data wrangling, visualization, ML).SQL proficiency and knowledge of relational databases.Experience with survey analysis, customer data, or consumer behavior.Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Bonus points : Generative AI, NLP, or predictive modeling experience.What We Offer
