Descripción del trabajo3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles. Proven expertise with AWS core services. Strong proficiency with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code). Hands‑on experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / EKS). Communication : Clear, concise, and empathetic communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Consultative Mindset : Actively listen to client needs, propose well‑informed solutions, and set realistic expectations. Adaptability : Flexibility to embrace new technologies and adjust strategies as needed. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with well‑prioritized goals. Hands‑on experience working in and contributing to an agile environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. English communication skills are essential, with at least 80% proficiency. Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Experience with advanced monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Knowledge of cloud security and compliance best practices. We offer a salary range of $1,500 - $3,000 USD per month, based on skills and experience, along with growth opportunities and a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and operations using IaC (Terraform).
- Develop and optimize CI / CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
- Implement and maintain robust security, compliance, and access controls.
- Monitor systems proactively, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvement. Participate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation to respond and resolve production incidents.
- Support disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity.
