Digital Operations Specialist

As a process management expert, this role will play a pivotal part in optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Working closely with the digital operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and redesigning existing processes to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in digital operations or process improvement, preferably within life sciences or consulting organizations.
• Strong understanding of digital lifecycle and marketing operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience managing PMO deliverables that support commercial, marketing, or operations teams.
• Excellent project management and change management skills.
• Proficiency in using process mapping and analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
