Superside is seeking an Associate Creative Director (UI / UX) to drive creative excellence and foster a collaborative team environment.

You'll oversee the creative vision across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design, while mentoring and managing a global team of UX / UI Designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences for top-tier brands like Meta, Amazon, and Google.This is a chance to combine strategic design expertise with team leadership, shaping impactful projects and building a high-performing, engaged team.What You'll DoOversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfactionMentor and lead a team of UX / UI Designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growthAct as the primary creative contact for customers, providing strategic insights, managing expectations, and building strong relationshipsFacilitate regular 1 : 1s and team meetings to support team development, resolve challenges, and align goalsReview team deliverables to maintain high-quality standards and ensure alignment with client objectivesWork closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure proper scoping, quoting, and planning of projects; balance creative excellence with efficiency through structured resource allocation and timeline managementMonitor team performance through analytics dashboards addressing CSAT scores, escalations, and overall workload balanceContribute to sales and proposals by providing design and technical expertise for projects, RFPs, and pitches; demonstrate a strong sales mindset to position Superside's digital services as top-tier solutionsEncourage continuous learning and development, leveraging AI tools and industry best practicesLead quarterly reviews and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with career paths and company expectationsDemonstrate strategic communication, sales acumen, and deep UX / UI expertise to present ideas, sell digital projects, and foster strong client relationshipsWhat You'll Need to Succeed7+ years of experience as a UX / UI designer, with 3+ years in leadershipProven ability to lead and mentor teams, balancing individual growth and project successA strong portfolio showcasing leadership in Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product DesignAdvanced proficiency in Figma and design tools, with the ability to guide workflows and mentor effectivelyExpertise in building scalable design systems and conducting UX / UI audits focused on accessibility and responsivenessFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma plugins) and a commitment to leveraging innovation for efficiencyStrong communication skills to articulate strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate effectivelyFamiliarity with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or others, to support processes with clientsA proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to foster a collaborative, supportive team cultureSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionArt / Creative and Project ManagementIndustriesDesign Services and Advertising Services
