Overview

Financial Planning & Analysis Sr.

Business Partner - (LAMEX Region) role at Organon Latam.

The FP&A Sr.

Business Partner will lead key processes for budget and forecast preparation for the entire LAMEX cluster (Mexico + LATAM & Puerto Rico).

Responsible for accurate and timely loading in the financial planning system (SAC).

Location

Base : Mexico City, Mexico

Role Details

Hybrid role (according with the current policy).

Role requires collaborating with teams from different time zones; adaptability in the workday is necessary.

Responsibilities

Coordinate review meetings with local management for budget preparation and financial forecast for the entire P&L (raising financial issues, targets, challenging proposals, early warning on deviations, etc.).

Identify risks or opportunities and develop options to address them with the appropriate area; generate, discuss and implement new ideas or processes for analysis and decision making.

Prepare accurate and timely information / templates for Emerging Markets Region.

Monitor sales and expenses, identify variances, and work with the commercial organization to set action plans in case of significant deviations, providing recommendations.

Maintain open communication with Centre of Excellence (COE) and Regional teams around shared activities and responsibilities.

Provide insights and support for pricing / volume strategies, gross-to-net analysis (discounts, accruals, returns), product launches, integrated P&L, and alignment of Financial Forecast and Demand Plan.

Provide finance support for Business Development and Alliance management activities, including financial assessment and data consolidation of active deals.

Support preparation and analysis of business cases (commercial campaigns, promotional investments, new alliances, headcount management).

Prepare executive decks for forecast and budget discussions and business reviews.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.

5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Fluent English proficiency to communicate with global stakeholders.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

Knowledge of business process and understanding of market dynamics.

Strong analytical skills.

Forecasting and development of assumptions.

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint.

Pharmaceutical past experience is highly desirable.

Previous experience as a People Manager is highly desirable.
