As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about billing, and working with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
You will also be responsible for data entry in various platforms and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of relevant work experience, excellent phone etiquette, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, as well as enjoy selling and have a positive attitude towards customer service.
The ideal candidate will live in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and be available to work on site.
