Role Title : OTM Consultant

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Technical-Functional Consultant to support two major initiatives :

1. Leading an on-premise upgrade to OTM v6.5.3 across three environments by year-end.

2. Developing and enhancing OTM functionality for our Epes General Commodity business model.

This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and functional understanding—driving innovation, ensuring system performance, and leading upgrades from end to end.

What You’ll Do :

• Own the OTM upgrade process across multiple environments.
• Design, develop, and implement new OTM functionalities and enhancements.
• Conduct comprehensive testing for upgrades, integrations, and configurations.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server, database, and middleware support.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues post-upgrade and ensure stability.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
