Main Activities

• Support technology diligence activities and post-diligence work (integration / separation planning).
• Candidates should have M&A exposure and experience in technology (at least 1–2 deals).
• Tech experience can be broad : infrastructure, ERP, developer, or system architecture background.
• Not help desk; focus on infrastructure, applications, or architecture.
• Ability to assess technology environments, not execute code development.
• Understanding of business applications (financial, sales, HR systems like Salesforce, Workday).
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, networking concepts.
• Strong Excel / data analysis skills; ability to parse raw data and provide insights.
• MBA or engineering background is preferred.
• Power BI / Alteryx not required, but general analytical ability is important.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN : Due dillence or M&A process

The main need is to deliver assessments for M&A deals, acting as "inspectors" for technology environments of target companies.
