Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs for our dealers' technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Define and schedule technical training to ensure that our technicians are prepared to perform any diagnostic and repair on our vehicles.
• Conduct on-site technical training and provide coaching to our dealers' technicians.
• Schedule and deliver technical training aligned to new vehicle launches and technical needs.
• Ensure that our technicians are trained properly before new vehicle launching.
• Prospect synergies with training organizations.
• Prepare classrooms, vehicles, and equipment for delivering courses with maximum effectiveness.
• Attend Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions.
• Ensure that dealers' service workshops have the right tools, services, and equipment to perform successful repairs.
