Responsibilities

• This role was formed to provide technical EHS support to assure full EHS compliance before, during and after the project execution.
• Bring EHS knowledge to the Monterrey and Reynosa team and the project team to lead MOC process and warranty a smooth transition to all the new products, and production lines
• This role includes providing EHS managerial oversight and execution of operations in their portfolio.
• Business partner with EHS Manager, Project leader
• Support for Plant manager & Regional EHS Director
• Responsible to ensure full compliance with MOC
• Responsible to do machine risk assessment and warranty full machine safety compliance
• Responsible to do ergonomic risk assessment and suggest risk reduction actions
• Compliance Assurance ( all legal compliance and SBD policies)
• Directly support the interpretation, translation, and implementation for execution for EHS programs and policies
• Lead incident investigations, create 4-Block summaries including validation of root cause and sustainable corrective actions
• Support all MOC activities
• Support the project to be aligned to environmental objectives (achieving Zero Waste to Landfill, energy and water conservation
• Provide EHS training for contractors and project people.
• Participate and lead agency inspection response requirements for EHS legal authorities (related to project)
• Assure Applicable Permit compliance & data entry
• This position reports directly to the Regional EHS Director and in dottler line to local EHS
• This position is full time on site
