One customer, one family, one community at a time.Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our Software Development team.

In this role, you will support Ria's Core Development team in building and maintaining enterprise systems that directly support our global money transfer operations.

You will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-impact solutions that are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.About This RoleThis role will be responsible for : Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.Analyzing existing systems and identifying opportunities for enhancements or redesign.Designing and maintaining functional and technical specifications and system flow documentation.Coordinating with development teams to implement new systems, upgrades, and integrations.Supporting system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring ongoing system reliability.Documenting systems and workflows, and delivering training to internal teams as needed.Staying current with emerging technologies and recommending solutions that improve our systems and processes.Required Skills And Experience4+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role.Proven expertise in system analysis, design, and integration methodologies.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure : networks, databases, operating systems, and security.Hands-on experience with APIs, ETL processes, and middleware.Familiarity with tools for documentation, project management, and issue tracking.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Position RequirementsStrong foundation in OOP, Web Applications, and Database conceptsAgile / SCRUM methodology experience preferredExcellent communication (written and verbal)Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactiveEducation RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalentProficiency in English (spoken and written)Equal OpportunityRia Money Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
