We are looking for a Healthcare professional with a strong background in neurosurgery / neurology and medical devices, specializing in the clinical support. Holds academic training in health sciences and brings hands-on experience in surgical environments, providing expert guidance to physicians and surgical teams throughout the patient care pathway.
Key Strengths
Clinical expertise in neurosurgical procedures, neurology and neurostimulation therapies.
Academic background in medicine, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related health fields.
Proficient in English as a second language, enabling effective communication in international and cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
Experience with medical device implementation, troubleshooting, and patient follow-up.
Core Responsibilities
Provide technical support during surgeries and programming sessions, under the supervision of the neurologist.
Attend specific patient cases requiring clinical presence, such as MRI scans and surgical procedures.
Manage and send implant ID cards to appropriate stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on adverse events, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Educate caregivers and healthcare professionals involved in the therapy to ensure safe and effective use.
Submit weekly activity reports detailing clinical support and field operations.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve therapy delivery and outcomes in Mexico.
