Organizational Change Management –Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? An Organizational Change Management Consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced OCM Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with Change Management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process. Support design, development and delivery of communication materials and communication while executing on the overall project timeline and key milestones

Learn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideas

Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry

~ Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks

~ Advanced English level

~ Background in Digital communication tools

~ Proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software

~ Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness

~ Master’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; Previous experience in industry or consulting in communication and development / organization design / change management / digital and cloud solutions space

Familiarity with ERP systems e.g. Workday / Oracle / SAP
