What You'll Do

As a Logistics PMO Consultant , you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force for excellence in the execution of logistics and warehousing projects. As a valued member of our global team, you will :

• Lead the management of the Project Management Office (PMO) , ensuring the standardization and correct application of methodologies.
• Design, structure, and maintain the master project schedule for logistics and warehousing projects, utilizing key tools such as Monday.com .
• Develop and present executive slides and high-impact project status reports for senior management, communicating progress, risks, and forecasts.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to evaluate project performance, identify variances, and propose optimization strategies.
• Manage the project risk, issue, and change register , and coordinate mitigation plans with functional stakeholders.
• Ensure the consistency of milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation within logistics projects.
