A Pharmaceutical and Global Company is seeking a Marketing Manager in Specialty Medicines who is results-driven, strategic, and creative. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and strengthening marketing strategies that drive business growth, product positioning, and profitability.
The position requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, and the ability to manage high-impact projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned products, ensuring strong market positioning
- Analyze and benchmark market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities
- Define strategy, budget, promotional materials, and communication channels for each product line
- Provide support and training to the commercial team on product attributes, key messages, and communication strategies
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders through various communication channels (both in-person and digital)
- Monitor sales performance and market results through reports and specialized audits
- Manage allocated resources effectively, including materials, tools, digital assets, and budget.
