The Role
Service Delivery Director is a key leadership role responsible for managing a service organization and its portfolio of accounts to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Kyndryl's clients.

A professional with over 10 years of experience in management and director-level roles, leading project management and service delivery. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive within large-scale organizations.
This profile is distinguished by a strong growth mindset, an unwavering focus on client success, and an open and inclusive mentality.
Key responsibilities include managing and governing large B2B contracts, optimizing profitability through P&L management, and identifying new business opportunities to expand revenue.
Possesses the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, capable of articulating comprehensive solutions that span multiple service areas.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, and Cloud are highly valued, as is experience in implementing service automation projects and successfully managing long-term client relationships.
