The Organizational Change Manager or Organizational Change Management Lead (OCM Lead) is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of organizational change management strategies across an organization. The OCM lead will be a part of the Consulting Services team. This role involves leading and coordinating the change management team, guiding senior leadership, and ensuring that large-scale changes are effectively implemented with minimal disruption. The Organizational Change Management Lead will design, manage, execute and evaluate the change process to ensure smooth transitions, maximize employee adoption, and achieve organizational objectives.
