Internal Control Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Documenting and maintaining internal controls (FC, RCM, ToD, WTT, etc.).
• Conducting tests of design (ToD) and evaluating remediation efforts.
• Preparing for external audits and responding to audit inquiries.
• Training control owners and implementing MBO / KPI management.
• Maintaining K-SOX compliance and ensuring English language proficiency.
