About The Role : As a CBRE Sr. Supply Chain Consultant , you will deliver strategic insight to client portfolios through research, data collection, and data management regarding supply chain for the development of deliverables. This role is part of the Client Consulting function, providing advisory services in relation to supply chain operations and investments.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement supply chain models to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory management.
- Create tailored supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and optimize supply chain networks, including distribution centers, transportation routes, and inventory locations to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients on supply chain performance and network design initiatives.
- Lead projects aimed at process improvement, network optimization, and efficiency enhancement.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and software to support decision-making and strategic planning related to network design.
- Have broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Relations or a related field; Master’s preferred.5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, network design, or related roles.Experience in Consultancy Companies (e.g., Big Four) is highly desirable.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and network optimization software.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of supply chain methodologies, best practices, and network design principles.Why CBRE?
